Custom built items can not be returned unless it is damaged or defective during the shipping process. If damaged or defective contact us with 3 days of delivery.
Processing time varies for custom pieces. Most boxes can be custom built within a week unless other wise noted. (special wood requests, etc). We will try our best to get your custom items built and shipped as quickly as possible. Please DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE WEEK OF if you're wanting a custom built piece!
